PRODUCT STOCK
If a product for an order you placed is currently unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will endeavour to have the item back in stock as soon as possible and if multiple items were ordered we will ship all other items to you and place your other product on back order. Alternatively, we will give you a refund for the out of stock item.
VARIATION IN IMAGES
As our products are manually printed, there may be some variation in the position of the designs from what is shown in the online images. There may also be a slight difference in colour from what is displayed on your monitor/screen.
PHOTO GIFTS AND PERSONALISED MESSAGES
Images you upload must not be more than 5MB, and for quality prints they must not be of low resolution. If you are uploading an image or design obtained from a website, please note that these images and designs usually require a license and are subject to copyright laws. If we feel that we may be in breach of these laws, we reserve the right not to proceed with your order.
We also reserve the right not to print any images or text that are offensive, abusive, obscene or does not meet in any other way the standards of Blue Box Gifts. A full refund will be given to you if the order is cancelled.
PAYMENT
