Processing Times
All of our products are printed on-site to order. We aim to design and print your order as timely as possible, but please allow 1-5 business days for us to do so. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays. If your order is urgent, you are welcome to contact us and we will let you know if will be able have your special gift completed in time, but please keep in mind that there may be delays in delivery once your products is dispatched.
Postage Times
Blue Box Gifts ships Australia wide and internationally. All products are shipped by Australia Post.
Once your order is complete and collected by Australia Post, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. For an estimate of shipping times, please visit Australia Post. If you do not think you will be home to receive the delivery, please provide delivery instructions at checkout.
We have no control over delivery once your order has been dispatched. If in the rare event your parcel is delayed or missing in transit, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number so they can follow this up.
Postage Costs
If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable and you wish for your products to be re-delivered, you will be charged standard shipping costs for the redelivery as well as the returned parcel charge.
If you select Express Post at checkout, please be advised that there may be a day or two delay on top of normal Express Post delivery as your parcel will be dispatched from a regional Post Office.
