RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You are entitled to a replacement, store credit or refund if the product you receive is not what you ordered, or the item is not of acceptable quality or is faulty.
For a return claim, please provide proof of purchase in the form of either an order number or tax invoice; photos of the fault or incorrect product and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product. There may be some instances in which we will ask for the product to be shipped back to us so we can inspect the product thoroughly. If the product is deemed faulty, or not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of shipping the product to us. If the product is not faulty, the shipping costs, including the return shipping to you, are to be paid by you.
Blue Box Gifts will not be liable if the product you are returning goes missing, so please ensure that the returned order is able to be tracked.
Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted and no refunds given.
Refunds and returns are not accepted if:
- You change your mind after the order is printed or received by you.
- The product becomes faulty due to use outside of the intended nature of the product.
- The fault arises from general wear and tear.
- There was an error in spelling that was provided to Blue Box Gifts and we were not made aware of this error before the product was printed.
- You cancel the order after the product has been printed. We will, however, refund the postage cost, unless the order has been dispatched.
Should you cancel your order before it goes to print, but after design work has commenced, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post and any delays that occur during transit are outside of our control, Blue Box Gifts will not provide refunds on shipping costs if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind before your order is printed and you wish to order another product or size, or provide a different image, we will happily change the order. If there is a difference in price and there is an increase, payment will need to be made upfront before your order is processed; if the new order is less, then we will refund you the difference.
